Our Story
We're four friends — and yes, two sets of twins — who've known each other for over 15 years. From navigating college hurdles to graduating university, and now, reunited in our 30s, we're here to help Gen Z overcome the challenges we once faced alone. We've experienced it all: toxic workplaces, interview mishaps, awkward networking, job rejections, quitting jobs — you name it. Now, we're sharing our journey and insights through our guide, ReadySetHired, to assist you in tackling all things employment-related.

A history graduate with strong expertise in high-volume recruitment, marketing, and data analysis. Consistently excelled at improving key performance metrics across multiple branches, leveraging data insights to enhance engagement and achieve targeted outcomes
In parallel, I have led digital campaigns to boost student engagement and worked extensively with disadvantaged children—delivering workshops and presentations that foster personal growth, learning, and employability.
Sidra Shafiq (Co-Founder)
University College London alumna with a Master’s in Education, specializing in curriculum, pedagogy and assessment. A dedicated curriculum specialist and graduate mentor, passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and lesson plans.
Alongside my work in education, I have worked with government charities, interpreting and applying legislation to ensure clients receive accurate advice in line with regulatory frameworks and official guidance. I also led national youth employability programmes with a 100% success rate, supporting college leavers and graduates into meaningful work.
Fonticha & Fachana Techamaneewat (Co-Founder)
Experienced secondary school teachers (Surrey, UK) with a strong background in full-time classroom teaching and supporting international students aged up to 25. Specialised in teaching English and delivering targeted support in CV writing, interview preparation, and career readiness. Passionate about empowering students to excel academically and professionally.
Alongside teaching, we built and managed a high-traffic website that attracted over 930,000 visitors between 2019–2022 through effective SEO—successfully turning online engagement into sustainable income.
